Lastborn

This is an absolutely adorable photo. Despite being so similar in construction, each chick has personality, which keeps the shot interesting. The image is left open to interpretation by the viewer because the group could either be welcoming their latest member, or gossiping about it, or even excluding it (though we hope cute little chicks aren't capable of such cruel behavior)!

The only thing I find even slightly lacking in this piece is that it's a little unclear as to whether it's supposed to be focused on the "lastborn" or the group.

All in all, this is a perfectly planned and executed shot for Easter. Well done!
